The North Dakota Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) recently awarded its 5th annual Walt Sherman Award winner and this year’s recipient was Coach Kelly McNary of Wahpeton, ND.
The Walt Sherman Award is awarded annually to a ND coach, athlete or other volunteer who has made a significant, positive impact in a community through FCA.Coach McNary was nominated by Coach Randy Hilzendeger of Bismarck Century High School.
Coach Hilzendeger sited Coach McNary’s leadership qualities, and strong spiritual contributions to all whom he is in contact.FCA wants to thank Coach McNary for his commitment to FCA and more importantly to his family, his school and his community.Congratulations Coach McNary!
First Annual FCA Golf Camp This Summer
ND FCA will be holding its first annual FCA Golf Camp at Bully Pulpit Golf Course on Weds. June 11th through Friday, June 13th! Campers will be housed at Badlands Ministries right next to Bully Pulpit! Camp includes development of solid golf skills for improved scoring results, golf at Bully Pulpit, t shirt, bible, spiritual workouts with devotional time, speakers, music and lots more! Get to know other golfers and coaches from other schools.
Camp setting, plus camp fire and much more! Cost is only $175. Open to girls and boys ages 12-18. Space is limited.

3rd Annual Wrestling Camp
ND FCA will be holding its 3rd annual summer boy's wrestling camp at Crystal Springs Baptist Camp near Tappen, ND. ( approx. 60 east of Bismarck on I-94 ) Dates are from Monday, July 21 through Thursday, July 24th. Cost is $175 if registered by 6-1-08 and increases to $210 after 6-1-08.
