Each FCA field ministry role includes responsibility for raising financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses. This missionary funding model can be a challenge
for onboarding new staff and retaining staff who need to raise adequate funds to sustain long-term ministry.
We want to maintain the basis of the missionary funding model, but take some of the burden of fundraising off so staff can spend more time in ministry. This will also help us attract and retain top-quality staff.

The North Dakota FCA Every Generation Fund
is connecting FCA donors with more ways to make a long-term impact. The Fund offsets the financial burden on staff by supplementing their fundraising with endowment distributions.

- Dividend Payments - scheduled distributions based on interest earned
- Long-Term Investment - an alternative to one-time gifts and monthly support

- The endowment will supplement, and not replace, FCA-ND staffers’ fundraising efforts as part of full-time FCA work
- More Time for Ministry - with lower financial thresholds to reach, greater freedom for ministry

- Improved Partnership with Staff - building retention and incentives by sharing financial burdens with staff
